Payment and return policy

Payment Method

There are the following methods for customers to choose from:

• Customers can submit cash payment to Hai Lung Company in person.
• Payment can be made by cheque (payable to "Hai Lung Garment Limited").
  Guests can mail the check to the company by themselves, but please confirm with the relevant Hai Lung document to confirm whether the check has been received. Guests can also deposit a cheque at the bank by themselves, email the receipt and call us to confirm the deposit payment. (If the customer pays by cheque, it needs to be arranged 1-2 days in advance. Hai Lung will only arrange delivery / release after confirming the number of cheques.)
• Customers can transfer money to Hai Lung bank account at ATM:

  After transfer, please keep the paper, email and call us to confirm the payment.
• Customers can submit cash payment to Hai Lung Company in person.
• Internet Banking bank transfer
  Online credit card payment
• For overseas customers (including Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, etc.), if the bank directly remits the payment to Hai Lung's bank account, the bank will charge the relevant remittance fee. The handling fee is not included in the quotation, the customer must check the relevant handling fee with the bank when remittance, and pay this handling fee when remittance. If the amount of remittance received is incorrect, the shipment may be delayed until the customer pays the relevant handling fee.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping time: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders completed before 12:00 every day will be shipped in about 5-7 days!

• SF to Hong Kong, shipping is $50, free shipping for orders over $1000)
• Your order will be processed immediately after the account is confirmed, and you will receive the ordered goods within seven working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays)
• If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you within two working days after receiving your order

Package:

The general packaging is that each uniform is put into a transparent plastic bag. If the customer has to deliver the goods (the delivery fee is about HKD150-250, depending on the location, the customer can contact Hai Lung to inform about the delivery arrangement and check the delivery fee).

Shipping to overseas:

Hai Lung can provide the relevant customs documents and arrange for the goods to be shipped directly from our office. Or ship to the shipping company designated by the customer for delivery. The freight, warehousing fee, insurance, customs declaration fee, import tax in the receiving area, etc., need to be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy:

After receiving the product, if the product does not meet your needs, you can enjoy the right to return it within the 7-day free appreciation period (including regular holidays).

The appreciation period is not a trial period, please keep the original package when returning

All product pages provide size charts and try-on reports. If you have any questions, please contact online customer service before ordering.

• Return
  If you find any defects or damage or shortage of accessories after receiving the goods, please notify the customer service staff within 3 days after arrival, and we will deal with you as soon as possible.
  • Notes on return:
    • The returned product must be kept clean and complete, that is, it must be returned to the original state when you received the product (including inner packaging, additional purchases, event gifts, etc.)
    • The product has been cut, washed, embroidered, attached to odor, modified and artificially contaminated, resulting in the product not in the original state, and will not accept returns
  • When applying for a return, please email to info@soul-idea.com , pack the product properly (please pack another layer on the outside of the original product packaging), and then send it back to our Hong Kong company. cost

找付貨款的方法有以下各項供客人選擇：

• 客人可親身到Hai Lung 公司提交貨款。
• 客人可用支票支付（抬頭請寫“Hai Lung Garment Limited”）。
  客人可自行郵寄支票到本司，但請必須和Hai Lung相關跟單確認是否收到支票。客人亦可自行到銀行存入支票，並電郵收據和致電給我們確認有關訂金支付。(如客人用支票支付, 需要提前1-2天安排, Hai Lung需於確認支票過數後, 才會安排送貨 / 放貨)
• 客人可到自動柜員機轉賬到Hai Lung 銀行戶口：
  • 中國銀行
  • 戶口名: Hai Lung Garment Limited
  • 帳戶號碼: 01235220090898
  過數後，請保留過數紙，電郵給我們和致電我們確認有關貨款找付。
• 網上銀行過數 : 網上信用咭付費
• 海外客戶（包括台灣，澳門，新加坡等）如用銀行直接把貨款匯入Hai Lung之銀行戶口，銀行會收取有關匯款手續費。該手續費並不包括在報價中，客戶必須在匯款時向銀行查詢清楚有關手續費，並在匯款時找付此手續費。如收到之匯款數目不對，貨品有可能延後出貨，待客戶付清有關手續費後才能付運。

運送政策:

出貨時間：週一~週五(不含國定例假日)。每日12:00之前完成的訂單，約5-7天後出貨！

• 順豐到香港，運費$50，訂單金額滿$1000免運費)
• 帳款確認後將立即處理您的訂單，您將於七個工作日內(不含週六日及法定假日)收到訂購之商品
• 如我們無法接受您的訂單，將於收到您的訂單後二個工作日內通知您

包裝:

一般的包裝是每件制服入透明膠袋。如客人必須送貨（送貨費用約在HKD150-250之間，視乎地點而定，客人可聯絡Hai Lung通知有關送貨安排和查詢送貨費用）。

貨到海外:

Hai Lung可以提供有關的報關文件及安排貨品直接由我們的辦事處送出。或運往客戶指定的船務公司再行寄出。而當中的運費、入倉費、保險、報關費、收件地區的入口稅等費用，則需要由客戶自行支付。

退款政策:

收到商品後，若商品不符合您的需求，可享有在7天免費鑑賞期(含例假日)內退貨的權益。

鑑賞期非試用期，退貨時請保持原包裝商品的完整

商品頁皆有提供尺寸表及試穿報告，若有疑問，歡迎在訂購前詢問線上客服

• 退貨
  收到商品後如發現有瑕疵或破損或是配件短缺的狀況，請於到貨後3天內通知客服人員，我們將盡速為您處理
  • 退貨注意事項：
    • 退貨的商品必須保持整潔及完整性，亦即必須回復至您收到商品時的原始狀態 ( 包含內包裝、加購品、活動贈品等)
    • 商品已剪標、下水洗滌、繡字、沾附異味、修改及人為造成的髒汙等因素，造成商品非原始狀態，恕不接受退貨
  • 申請退貨時，請email 至 info@soul-idea.com , 將商品包裝妥當(請在原商品包裝外再包裝一層)後用快遞到付, 寄回本司香港公司, 寄件時不需負擔任何費用
